So why pie?
Because it’s good. The very best pie is a mix of both folk art and kitchen science. And because it takes lots of ingredients. Truth is, “Sugarpotpie” is a nickname I gave my wife a few years ago and I just plain like the whimiscal sound of it and the fact it’s what I call my best friend in this world.
